Most faults are resolved remotely, before they reach a technician or a driver.

    A fault is raised the moment the connector reports it. Every charger reports its status continuously over OCPP.

    Diagnose

    The platform identifies the fault class remotely, without waiting for a site visit.

    Remediate

    A remote reset or reconfiguration runs. If hardware needs hands, our field team is dispatched.
