Who it is for

One model, shaped to the way your site works.

01

Restaurants and cafes

Charge their cars. Fill your tables.

Plugsurge adds a fast-charging hub at your restaurant, at our cost. While EV drivers charge for 30 to 40 minutes, they eat with you. Customers come for the charger and stay to eat.

  • More customers: EV drivers choose the stop with a charger
  • A fixed monthly amount, and more as more people charge
  • Fast DC chargers, so a meal is a meaningful charge

02

Parking operators

The bays stay bays. They simply earn more.

Cars sit in your bays for hours. Slow AC charging turns that idle time into revenue without changing how your site works, and a site with charging wins the EV driver over the one next door.

  • 20% of the profit from every charger, every month
  • Wall-mounted or pedestal chargers on the bays you choose
  • We collect every payment; you have nothing to bill

03

Apartments and residents' associations

Charging for residents, with nothing for the committee to run.

Shared chargers in your common parking, installed and maintained by Plugsurge. Residents pay per session from their phones; the association gets a share and never handles wiring, billing or repairs.

  • No upfront cost to the association
  • Every session metered and paid individually
  • Faults fixed by our team, not your facility staff

Offices, malls and fleet hubs

Charging that runs itself, for staff, visitors and fleets.

From a few AC points in an office basement to a DC hub for a delivery fleet. Plugsurge sizes the installation to your power and your traffic, then runs it end to end.

  • Mix of AC and DC hardware for different dwell times
  • Load kept inside your sanctioned power
  • Monthly reporting for your facilities team

How it works

How do I get EV chargers installed at my site?

Four steps from first call to first charge. Plugsurge handles each one.

  1. STEP 01

    Site survey

We check your bays, parking layout and the power available at the site.

  2. STEP 02

    Agreement

You sign the profit-share agreement. There is nothing to pay, now or later.

  3. STEP 03

    Install

Chargers are fitted, wired, signed and tested, with green bay marking.

  4. STEP 04

    Go live

Drivers start charging and your monthly statement begins.

Host questions

What hosts ask us first.

How much does it cost to host a Plugsurge charging hub?

Hosting a Plugsurge hub costs the host nothing. Plugsurge pays for the chargers, the software, the electrical work, signage and bay marking, and owns the equipment. The host provides the parking bays and site access.

How does the 20% profit share work?

The host receives 20% of the profit from every charger at their site, every month. Profit is charging revenue less electricity, maintenance, software and payment costs. Each month the host gets a statement showing units sold, revenue, costs and their share.

How long does it take to install chargers at my site?

Installation follows four steps: site survey, agreement, installation and go-live. The timeline depends mostly on the power available at your site, which the survey confirms. Plugsurge handles the electrical work and testing end to end.

Do I need to change how my parking works?

No. The bays stay bays. Plugsurge fits chargers to the spots you choose, marks them and adds signage. Your site keeps running the way it does today, with charging added.

Who maintains the chargers and supports drivers?

Plugsurge does. Every charger runs on OCPP and is monitored online by Plugeasy's in-house software. Faults are detected and most are fixed remotely; the rest are handled by the Plugsurge field team. Drivers call Plugsurge support, so the host's staff have no extra work.
